BC Wildlife Park Wildlights 50/50 Raffle

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    BC Gaming Event Licence #167182

    5 for $5.00; 2500 tickets
    15 for $10.00; 8250 tickets
    40 for $20.00; 24000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $10,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: January 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. PST

    Draw
    50/50 draw: January 2, 2026 at 11:00:00 a.m. PST

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 775 St Paul Street Kamloops BC

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://wildlights.rafflenexus.com/winners on January 2, 2026.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Kamloops West Rotary Club.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Kamloops West Rotary Club or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Kamloops West Rotary Club does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@kamloopswestrotary.club. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at info@kamloopswestrotary.club should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

The BC Wildlife Park is a non-profit organization and registered charity located in Kamloops, British Columbia, since 1965. The BC Wildlife Park is home to nearly 200 animals and 65 different species that are native to British Columbia, including cougars, bears, wolves, reptiles, birds of prey, and the only Kermode bear in human care in the world.

Many of the animals at the Park have been rescued or were orphaned and are unable to survive on their own in the wild. The BC Wildlife Park is an accredited facility in Canada, by Canada's Accredited Zoos and Aquariums (CAZA).

The BC Wildlife Park connects people to BC's wildlife and wild places to encourage a sustainable society within a healthy natural environment.
